摘    要:本文通过对金属带行星齿轮无级变速传动机理的研究 ,明确传动系统同步转换点处冲击振动产生的原因 ,提出新的无级变速传动方式 ,为开发新型超低排放的并联式混合动力汽车的传动系统提供设计依据

Abstract:On the basis of the study of transmission mechanism of a metal pushing beltplanetary gear continuously variable transmission, the vibration characteristic is analyzed, and a new continuously variable transmission mode is proposed in this paper. In order to reduce jerk motion, a special fuzzy controller is established. The simulation results indicate that the jerk motion of the improved transmission system is 5 m/s 3 which is lower than the international criterion 10m/s 3. This new continuously variable transmission provides a design method for developing a new ultra low emission car.
