驱油聚合物溶液粘度稳定性研究

摘    要:对驱油聚合物溶液粘度稳定性的影响因素进行了研究,结果表明,溶解氧对其影响是长期而缓慢的过程,但由于注聚周期长,造成粘度损失较严重;Mg^2+、Ca^2+的存在使聚合物溶液粘度稳定性变差;在低浓度范围(Fe^3+浓度小于10mg/L)内Fe^3+的影响较小,而Fe^2+使聚合物溶液粘度急剧降低,溶液长期稳定性变差。针对聚合物溶液粘度稳定性的影响因素及其影响程度,研制了稳粘剂WN系列,采用胜利油田采油污水对其粘度稳粘效果进行了评价,经稳粘剂WN处理的污水所配制的聚合物溶液粘度保留率达68.8%,具有良好的粘度稳定效果。

Abstract:The influencing factors on viscosity stability of polymer flooding solution were investigated.The results showed that the effect of dissolved oxygen was long-term and slow and it also induced serious lost of viscosity because of a long polymer injection cycle.Existence of Mg~(2+) and Ca~(2+) decreased the viscosity stability of the polymer solution.The effect of Fe~(3+) was small when its concentration was less than 10 mg/L.
