| 摘 要： | 为减少因低劣的信息质量造成的巨大经济损失，必须对影响信息质量的关键因素进行控制以提高其质量。为此提出了以顾客需求为出发点，以信息生成过程为导向，基于质量功能展开（QFD）的信息质量控制方法。剖析了信息内涵和信息质量指标，建立了信息生成过程模型，并将此模型与质量功能展开方法相结合，设计了信息QFD瀑布式分解模型。最后采用实例阐述了该模型的应用。

| Abstract: | Inferior information quality can cause great economy damage. To improve the quality, it＇s essential to control the key factors which may affect the information quality. It describes the demand of client and guided by information formation process, puts forward a new method of information quality control which based on QFD, discusses the information connotation and quality index, establishes the information formation pro- cess model. Combined QFD with the model, it designs the information QFD waterfall decomposition model and shows the model application with practice examples. |
