气门座圈环带宽度对发动机使用寿命的影响

摘    要:我们主要分析了800h耐久试验的某发动机气门间隙下降问题,通过多方论证、实物解析、过程排查以及对标分析,发现该发动机图纸未对气门环带尺寸标注,生产过程该尺寸未进行管控,对加工后缸盖的气门环带宽度检测,环带宽度远小于对标产品。因此导致发动机早期磨损加快,气门间隙不合格,影响发动机的使用寿命。针对气门环带宽度问题,通过三维模拟,尺寸链计算,优化图纸,制定加工工艺与检测方法,最终达成发动机耐久实验,提高发动机的使用寿命。

Abstract:The This article mainly analyzes the 800 h endurance test of a engine valve clearance drop problem, through the various arguments, analytical, process screening and analysis of the physical, found that the engine drawings for valve band dimensioning, the size not production process control, detection of cylinder head valve band width after processing, the band width is far less than the standard products. So the engine early wear speeding up, the valve clearance is unqualified. Affect the service life of the engine, according to valve band width problem, through the three dimensional simulation of calculating dimension chain, optimizing the drawings, set processing technology and testing methods, eventually reach engine endurance test, improve the service life of the engine.
