防爆除尘系统设计

摘    要:防爆袋式除尘系统作为氯碱行业防治大气污染应用最多的除尘系统,它的设计制作是否优良,是否防爆,是否除湿,安全设计自动化程序是否高,应用维护是否得当,直接关系工程投资费用、除尘效果以及运行作业率。所以,通过了解除尘器的工作机理及除尘器工作效率的影响因素,采取措施提高除尘器对粉尘收集的效率,搞好环境保护工作。

Abstract:As the most widely used equipment in chlor-alkali industry for air pollution control,the design,explosion-proof property,dehumidification,safe automation system and maintenance of explosion-proof bag filter is very important.These directly influenced the construction investment,the effect of dust elimination and operation rate.Therefore,by knowing the operational principle of bag filter and the influencing factor of its' operation effectiveness,we need to take measures to improve the efficiency of collecting dust to protect our environment better.
