某型发动机振动值渐增现象分析

某航空发动机试车时,后挂点水平振动有效值逐渐增大。对可能影响的因素进行了逐一排查与分析,得出振动有效值增大的原因是后拉杆安装座与拉杆连接处松动。在对发动机振动信号研究归纳的基础上,对发动机振动测量值异常和正常时振动速度、加速度信号对比分析,结果表明:传递至机匣上的辅助吊挂支架处的振动惯性力未改变;振动频谱图中倍频、和频等特征未改变。

Analysis of the Phenomenon that the Vibration of a Certain Type of Engine Increased Gradually

The horizontal vibration of rear suspension point increased gradually during a aero-engine endurance test.After searching and analyzing possible influencing factors one by one,I came to the conclusion that loose connection between the rear lever mount and the lever resulted in the increased vibration value.Based on the research and induction of engine vibration signals,the normal vibration velocity,abnormal vibration velocity,the normal vibration acceleration and abnormal vibration acceleration of the engine are compared and analyzed.The results show that: the inertial force transmitted to the auxiliary hanging bracket has not changed,super-subharmonic characteristics have not changed.
