摘    要:针对目前转向轴承生产过程中人工工作效率低的问题,提出一种基于Matlab的转向轴承珠碗的检测方法。该方法通过相机对轴承珠碗表面图像进行处理和分析,快速、准确的实现了轴承珠碗的正反面检测。首先,使用CCD数字相机作为图像传感器进行图像采集;然后,对图像进行滤波去噪,图像分割处理,获取轴承珠碗的中心坐标;最后,通过统计法获取两面凸起面积的不同,确定区分正反面的临界值。使用该方法确定工件的正反面,准确度高,效率高。为轴承自动化生产打下理论基础。

Research on Detection for Steering Bearing Bead Bowl Based on Matlab
Abstract:Aiming at the low efficiency of manual work in the production process of steering bearings, a method based on Matlab for detecting the bearing bowl of steering bearing is proposed. The method processes and analyzes the bearing bead bowl surface image by the camera, and realizes the front and back surface detection of the bearing bead bowl quickly and accurately. Firstly, the CCD digital camera is used as the image sensor for image acquisition; then, the image is filtered and denoised, and the image is segmented to obtain the center coordinates of the bearing bead bowl. Finally, the difference of the area of both sides is obtained by statistical method, and the critical value is determined. This method is used to determine the pros and cons of the workpiece with high accuracy and efficiency. It also lays a theoretical foundation for automatic bearing production.
