基于有限元的某发动机油底壳的NVH优化分析

摘    要:针对某发动机在NVH测试中出现的振动问题,以油底壳为研究对象,基于有限元软件分析其固有频率及频响,而后以降低油底壳的振动响应值为目标进行优化设计。根据优化结果设计了新油底壳,其固有频率得到显著提升,油底壳各端面频率响应峰值得到降低,有效改善了油底壳振动性能。经试验验证,优化后的油底壳结构振动速度级减小约7.8 dB,减振降噪效果明显。

Abstract:For one engine NVH problems to the oil pan as the research object, based on the finite element software to analyze its natural frequency and frequency response, and then to reduce the vibration of oil pan response value as a target for the optimization design.According to the result of optimization design of the new oil pan, received a significant boost to its natural frequency, the frequency response peak get lower, effectively improve the oil pan vibration performance.Verified by test, the optimized oil pan level structure vibration velocity decrease about 7.8 dB, damping noise reduction effect is obvious.
