摘    要:本文应用Virtual Engine软件对某汽油机正时系统进行动力学分析。考虑链条张紧力,张紧器位移等性能需求,以及VVT的影响等优化选取高压油泵凸轮相位角,并通过试验手段,评价该分析结果的有效性。

Abstract:This paper discusses about timing system dynamic analysis of a gasoline engine by using Virtual Engine software.It optimizes the cam phasing of the fuel pump,with considering the requirements of the chain force,tensioner displacement and the influence of VVT,then it confirms that it is effective by bench test.
