某型柴油机曲轴系强度分析

摘    要:采用AVL-EXCITE Designer软件搭建了某型高速大功率柴油机整机模型,对柴油机曲轴系强度进行分析。主要分析曲轴氮化前后曲柄臂圆角的安全系数;各曲柄臂圆角在不同转速下的安全系数特点及各危险截面剪应力;分析计算结果,该型高速大功率柴油机氮化曲轴系强度均满足使用要求。该分析方法充分考虑了对曲轴强度有影响的指标,与试验具有一致性,能更加准确的评估柴油机的曲轴系强度。

Abstract:Using AVL-EXCITE Designer software,the engine model was built for a high-speed and high-power diesel engine,and the crankshaft strength was analyzed for the diesel engine.The safety factor of crank fillet was analyzed before and after nitriding.The safety factor characteristics and the shear stress of dangerous sections were analyzed for crank fillet at different rotational speeds.The results show that the strength of nitrided crankshaft of the high-speed and high-power diesel engine meet the service requirements.The analysis method takes full account of the indexes affecting the crankshaft strength.It is consistent with the test and can more accurately evaluate the crankshaft strength of diesel engine.
