摘    要:提出了一种新型弯管结构形式,旨在从根本上降低弯管应力最大值,使得其内、外层应力最大值均衡。通过有限元方法研究了新型弯管结构参数对其应力最大值的影响,并进行了新型弯管结构的参数优化分析。通过定量分析肋片高度和肋片厚度对新型弯管应力最大值的影响规律,实现了对新型弯管的优化;通过定量分析壁厚、曲率半径参数下弯管的应力最大值,得到了不同参数下弯管应力最大值的变化规律。结果表明:与传统弯管及增加壁厚的传统弯管相比,新型弯管能够大大降低弯管的应力最大值,有效提高弯管的承载能力;新型弯管的应力最大值随壁厚和曲率半径的增大而减小。

Abstract:Proposes a new type of elbow structure to reduce the maximum stress value of elbow and balance a stress value of its inner and outer layers. Studies the effect of the new elbow structure parameters on the maximum stress value with finite element method, and carries out an optimal analysis of the new elbow structure parameters. Through quantitative analysis of the influence of fin height and fin thickness on the maximum stress value of the new bend pipe, optimizes the new bend pipe. Through quantitative analysis of the maximum stress value of the bend pipe with the parameters of wall thickness and radius of curvature, obtains a change law of the maximum stress value with different parameters. The results show that compared with traditional elbow pipe and traditional elbow with heavy wall thickness, the new bend pipe can greatly reduce the maximum stress and effectively improve the bearing capacity, and the maximum stress value of the new bend pipe decreases with the increase of wall thickness and the radius of curvature.
