某型喷油泵柱塞偶件失效分析

摘    要:通过宏观现象分析、扫描电镜(SEM)形貌分析及EDS分析等分析方法,针对某船柴油机在使用过程中集中出现喷油泵柱塞偶件咬卡失效现象,进行失效分析。分析结果表明,该船柴油机在使用过程中,低压供油油路供油不稳定,造成燃油波动,引起柱塞套第一环槽4.5 mm处出现穴蚀现象,导致柱塞套壁组织脱落堆积,造成柱塞偶件发生咬卡,喷油泵失效。

Abstract:This paper concentrates on the failure analysis of plunger assembly sticking of fuel injection pump in the use of a certain type of marine diesel engine by means of macroscopic analysis method,scanning electron microscope(SEM)morphology analysis method as well as EDS analysis method.Analysis results shows in the use of this type of marine diesel engine,cavitation occurred at 4.5 mm of ring groove of plunger barrel due to fuel fluctuation caused by unstable fuel supply at low pressure fuel passage.This caused structure broken off and accumulated on plunger barrel wall,resulting in the sticking of plunger assembly and failure of fuel injection pump.
