摘    要:为实现油气井压裂施工过程中压裂返排水的重复利用,用多羟基氨基酸,三乙醇胺,α-羟基羧酸作为有机配体合成了一种有机硼锆交联剂,该交联剂可在弱碱性环境下用于返排液配液。考察了该交联剂对返排水基压裂液耐温耐剪切性能的影响。当胍胶溶液质量分数为0.6%,该有机硼锆交联剂交联比为100:0.6时,基液p H值控制在8左右,交联形成的交联冻胶在剪切速率100 s-1条件下剪切2 h,最后黏度保持在80 m Pa·s以上,并且该有机硼锆交联剂交联的返排水基冻胶破胶彻底,对储层伤害小。该交联剂在苏格里气田进行了现场应用,取得良好的压裂效果。
