地铁车站制冷系统综合节能改造

摘    要:以广州地铁车陂南站水冷制冷系统(以下简称"水系统")作为节能研究对象,通过调研、跟踪、诊断等前期手段,发现该车站水系统存在的问题与节能潜力,采用更换高效设备、优化控制参数等一系列综合节能措施以提升该车站水系统性能系数。通过详细的分析计算,确定技术可行性,对车站水系统实施综合节能改造工作。经第三方检测,水系统整体节能率达50%以上,环控系统可实现年节电总量近140万kW·h。

Abstract:Taking a water-cooled air conditioning system(hereinafter referred to as‘water system’)of Guangzhou underground railway Chepi south station as the energy saving research object,by means of investigation,tracking and diagnosis,finds the problems and energy saving potential of the water system,and proposes a series of comprehensive energy saving measures such as the high efficiency equipment update and control parameters optimization to improve the performance coefficient of the station water system.Through detailed analysis and calculation,determines the technical feasibility,and carries out a comprehensive energy saving retrofitting for the station water system.According to a third-party testing,the overall energy efficiency rate of the water system is more than 50%,and the environmental control system can achieve a total annual energy saving of nearly 1.4 million kWh.
