摘    要:提高金属风管本体的严密性,实用可靠的方法是提高板材连接的结构密封效果,具有间隙补偿性是法兰连接系统在各种工况持续有效的条件。通过研究,分析了风管转角缝和法兰连接系统的漏风机理。提出了提高金属风管本体转角缝严密性和法兰连接系统严密性的方案。通过工程试验方法对设计方案进行了验证。

Abstract:The most practical and reliable way to improve the tightness of the metal duct is to improve the sealing effect of the plate connection.The clearance compensation performance is a continuous and effective condition for the flange connection system in various working conditions.Reveals the leakage mechanism of the air duct angle joint and the flange connection system by a feature study.Puts forward a scheme to improve the tightness of the corner joint of the metal duct and the flange connection system of the metal duct for the first time.Verifies the design scheme according to the engineering test method.
