摘    要:基于模糊PID技术提出了一种能在超高温、高压环境中实现高精度气体压力测控的闭环系统。该系统已在某国重点实验室服役近一年。实践证明,其在温度3 500 K以上,驻点压力0.5~1.5 MPa的气体流场环境中稳定运行气压测控误差不超过0.1 MPa,可被推广到要求实现高精度位置控制和气体压力测量领域。

Abstract:Based on fuzzy photoelectric technology,a new closed loop system has been proposed for high precision position compensation control under ultra-high temperature and high pressure.Relevant devices,being used in a national key lab for one year,has been developed,which shows that the steady operating error is within 0.1 MPa with the temperature over 3 500 K and staying point pressure from 0.5~1.5 MPa.The results can be extended to other fields concerning high precision position control and gas pressure measurement.
