鲁奇加压气化含酚废水回收工艺的改进

摘    要:传统的加压气化含酚废水回收工艺无法去除来料水中大量的氨,导致来料水的酸碱度偏高,使得含酚废水处理后仍无法达到生化系统处理的要求。通过对传统工艺的改进,含酚废水中CO2、NH3的脱除率大幅提高,降低了来料水中酸碱度,使含酚废水的回收达到了设计要求,保证了装置的运行和系统的稳定性,并带来了一定的经济效益。

Abstract:The traditional phenolic wastewater recycling process cannot remove a large number of ammonia in raw water, which makes the pH value to be high and cannot achieve to the requirement of biochemical system. Through improving the traditional technology of phenolic wastewater, the content of carbon dioxide and ammonia is reduced and the value of pH is also decreased, which result the phenolic wastewater reach the design requirement, ensure the stability of the device and system operation and brought some economic benefits at the same time.
