油气田井下油管的防腐技术

摘    要:我国油气田井下油管的腐蚀问题非常严重,通常采用 的防腐方法有采用耐腐蚀管材,涂镀层保护,注入缓蚀剂,定期更换管材等.本文综述了常用的防腐方法及其特点及其国内外研究进展.通过对各种防腐技术的比较,提出了用渗铝钢进行防腐的设想,并对其在石油工业中的前景进行了分析.

Abstract:Recently,corrosion of tubings in oil and gas wells nation wide is extremely severe,so measures such as corrosion resistant pipe,coated tubing,corrosion inhibitor and replacing the corroded tubing in time are often adopted to deal with the corrosion problems.These usual anti-corrosion technologies and their characteristics are reviewed.The progress of the technologies at home and abroad are described.The feasibility of using aluminized steel as a substitute for the precent tubing materials is discussed and the application of aluminized steel in oil industry is analyzed by comparing with several present anti-corrosion measures.
