基于物联网的罐区火灾安全监测报警系统的设计

摘    要:油库火灾事故在油库事故中占比最高,为了保障油库罐区安全,本文介绍一个基于物联网的火灾安全监测报警系统,叙述系统设计原理和实现方法。该系统采用S3C6410A核心板作为监测控制器,控制中心协调器连接路由节点和终端节点组成无线物联网,然后通过该无线网向终端节点发送采集命令,无线传输采集数据;监测控制器对采集数据进行数据存储,处理,如异常自动联动报警。监测控制器提供嵌入式Web服务,能独立地提供远程WEB监测服务。火灾安全监测报警系统提高了罐区控制的安全性、可靠性及自动化水平。

Abstract:The highest proportion in the oil depot accident is oil depot fire accident , in order to protect the safety of the depot tank area , the paper describes a fire safety monitoring and alarm system based on the Internet of Things , described the design and implementation method of the system. The system uses $3C6410A core board as a monitoring controller, which controlthe center coordinate connected to the route and terminal nodes and add wireless Internet of Things, and then sent to the terminal node capture command, the wireless transmission of data collected by the wireless network~ Monitoring controller for data collection data storage and processing, such as abnormal automatic linkage alarm. Monitoring controller provides an embedded Web services, to provide remote monitoring services WEB independently. The fire safety monitoring and alarm system improve the safety reliability and automation level of the tank area control .
