| Abstract: | Optical interconnection is an applicable approach to overcome the speed limit in optical communication and electronic computer technology, etc. Oplical interconnection is also a fundamental technique for optical computation. In this paper, the optical interconnection technology is analysed and an ideal source which is helpful to optical interconnection, i.e., surface emitting laser diode is presented. |
