摘    要:由于风水联合冷渣器事故频发,经常导致CFB锅炉机组降负荷甚至停运,给电厂造成很大的经济损失。结合国内CFB锅炉的实际情况,在对风水联合冷渣器进行理论分析和热力计算的基础上,对冷渣器本体结构和进渣管等关键部件提出了新的设计方案和改造措施。通过设备改造和调整,冷渣器运行效果良好,可靠性和热回收效率大大提高。

Abstract:The trouble of air-water combined ash cooler has often leaded to unit operating in a low capacity or off-the-line,which caused large economic penalty to power plant.Detail analysis and calculation had been executed for the operation condition of Ruiping Power Plant.Modification had been proposed for cooler body and slag tube inlet.After the modification,obvious efficiency is gained and the reliability of cooler get greatly raised.
