摘    要:概述了絮凝与助留体系中的微粒间的相互作用能,介绍了造纸浆料中各组分的絮凝过程及改性聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树状聚合物用作造纸絮凝助留剂的优点。探讨了PAMAM树状聚合物的结构与絮凝作用的关系。分析了PAMAM树状聚合物在造纸中的絮凝助留机理,包括氢键缔合作用、憎水化作用、电荷中和作用、阳离子补丁效应和架桥絮凝作用。以含聚氧乙烯链的PAMAM树状聚合物为造纸助留剂建立了絮凝模型,并阐述了不同用量的助留剂对其絮凝作用的影响。

Abstract:This paper summarized the interreaction energy of the particles in a flocculation and retention system,the flocculation process of every components in paper pulp,and the advantages of adopting modified polyamidoamine(PAMAM) dendrimers as the retention agents in papermaking.The relationship between the structure of the modified PAMAM dendrimers and the flocculation was discussed.The flocculation and retention mechanisms of the modified PAMAM dendrimers in papermaking,including hydrogen-bond association,hydrophobicity,static electricity neutralization,accessory patch effect and flocculation bridging synergistic reaction,were analyzed.A flocculation model using the modified PAMAM dendrimers with polyoxyethylene chains as the retention agents was proposed.The influence of the retention agents with different dosages on the flocculation was investigated.
