摘    要:污水系统规划领域中,含有大量无法定量表示的因素。采用层次分析(AHP)法与多层次模糊综合评判模型相结合的方法对合肥市派河污水系统规划方案进行评价。在分析污水系统规划影响因素的基础上,建立了由1个目标层、4个准则层和16个指标层组成的3层次16个因素的综合评价体系。运用AHP法确定了各因素的权重,运用模糊综合评价模型对2个污水系统规划方案进行了科学的评价,得出最佳规划方案。结果表明,该评价方法在实际规划和决策过程中具有可行性和合理性,进一步提高了污水工程决策的科学性。

Abstract:There are a large amount of factors which cannot be determined by quantity during the field of sewage treatment planning.Hefei Pai River sewage system planning plan is evaluated by adopting the combined method of analysis hierarchy process(AHP) method and multilevel fuzzy integrated assessment model.On the basis of the related influencing factors,an integrated assessment system is formed with 3 levels(1 aim-level,4 rule-levels &16 index-levels) and 16 factors.Every factor’s weight is determined by AHP method and 2 sewage system planning plans are evaluated scientifically by fuzzy integrated assessment model,and the best planning plan is proposed finally.The results show that this combined method is of feasibility and rationality during the practical planning and decision process,and moreover it can improve the scientificity of sewage engineering decision.
