| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种在普通单色注塑机上增加辅助螺杆和特殊模具设计实现电视机面壳零件双色注射成型的技术方案。该方案使用型芯下沉式模具结构,通过特殊的顶针板设计,解决了双色彩电面壳内部众多不等高螺丝柱注射成型难的问题,并且不会在制品表层透明材料的表面上产生光学缺陷。目前,采用这种设计的模具已经实现工程量产,塑件成型效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | A technical scheme of double-color injection molding was presented,aimed to produce TV front cabinets on a regular injector.An auxiliary screw was added on the regular injector and the injection mold was improved.A movable core was introduced into the structure double-color mold.With a special ejector plate,dozens of bosses with varying heights inside a double-color cabinet could be injected smoothly.Although the skin layer of the cabinet was molded with transparent material,no optical defect was detectable... |
