大型水电站垫层蜗壳结构接触分析

摘    要:工程中有许多不同材料组成的结构,对于这类复合结构,接触面采用共结点的处理方法得到的应力是欠准确的。本文采用一种新的不同材料交界面的接触单元,对蜗壳与垫层及外围混凝土之间按考虑接触单元与不考虑接触单元两种方案的厂房蜗壳结构进行了有限元计算,并对计算结果进行了比较分析,验证了考虑接触单元模型的合理性。

Abstract:There are plenty of structures made of different materials.To this kind of structures,the stresses computed by the method which uses common nodes on interface are short of accuracy.In this paper,a new type of contact element on the interface of different materials is used so as to study and compare the effects on stresses of spiral case and surrounding concrete.Two cases of nonlinear FEM contact computation as well as the FEM computation without contact taking into account are carried out.The results verify the rationality of the contact model.
