PMAM水质稳定剂的阻垢缓蚀性能及其应用

摘    要:评定了PMAM水质稳定剂的阻垢、缓蚀性能。其阻碳酸钙垢、磷酸钙垢及硫酸钙垢的效果分别达96.7%、95.8%和97.2%;缓蚀率达83.9%。探讨了PMAM的阻垢缓蚀机理。并将PMAM应用于甘肃白银稀土公司烧碱厂的循环冷却水,现场测得其阻垢(主要指钙垢)效果为90.2%。以上结果表明了PMAM水质稳定剂具有优异的阻垢、缓蚀性能和广泛的工业应用前景。

Abstract:The scale inhibitor performance of PMAM water stabilizer is evaluated.Inhibiting scale ratios of PMAM to CaCO3?Ca3(PO4)2 and CaSO4 are 96.7%,95.8% and 97.2% respectively and inhibiting corrosion rate is 83.9%.Its mechanism is discussed.PMAM has been applied to the circulating cooling water of Caustic Soda Factory of Gansu Baiyin Rare Earth Company.And inhibiting scale ratio of PMAM to calcium scale is 90.2%.The results has indicated that PMAM has excellent corrosion inhibition efficiency,and broader prospect in industrial application.
