| Abstract: | It is necessary to determine project cost reasonably for road construction to improve investment benefit. For achieving the road project cost control goal, traditional investment management model should be renewed by carrying on the whole process cost control emphasis on design phase, undergoing dynamic cost management during project implementing and utilizing information technology sufficiently. |
