| 摘 要： | 尽管河道整治工程设计具有明确的设计原则，但是如何判别一个确定的整治线是否满足设计要求，仍是河道整治中难以确定的问题之一。作为尝试，文中基于对水流动力轴线、自然岸线、堤防线等河势特征曲线进行系统的频率分析，提出了可用的相关判定参数。

| Abstract: | Although the design of river regulation possesses definitely principles,it is still a hard nut to determine whether the design of regulation line is in line with the request.As an attempt in this paper,the available related judgment parameters are found based on the systematical analysis of characteristic curves of flow dynamic axis,bank line and levee line. |
