By utilizing the post development effect, and by combining the information technology and modern management technique with the traditional manufacturing industry, the competitive power of the manufacturing enterprises can be improved, thereby the enterprises can extricate themselves from the present predicament and realize development with leaps and bounds. The main tasks of speeding up informatization in the petroleum machinery manufacturing sector in China are developing basic informatization technology, and carrying out information integration by using CIMS.
