双滤料过滤器在污水处理系统中的应用

针对低渗透油田回注污水水质不达标的问题 ,采用GLWA30 0 /0 6(S)型双滤料全自动过滤器 ,以改造纯化油田污水处理系统。介绍了过滤器的结构、工作原理和主要技术参数 ,并与石英砂过滤罐进行了比较 ,认为双滤料自动过滤器具有过流量大、滤料再生能力强的特点 ,经过多个周期反冲洗后 ,可形成滤料粒径自上而下由大到小的反粒度滤层 ,提高了过滤水的穿透能力 ,最大限度地发挥了不同密度、不同级配指标下滤层的截污能力。通过污水处理前后水质指标的对比 ,说明这种过滤器可有效地减少大修井及作业次数 ,年经济效益达 633万元 ,且减少了地下的环境污染

Usage of filter with double filtering layers in sewage disposal system

To improve the quality of the produced water for reinjection in Chunhua Oilfield in Shandong Province, the sewage disposal system in this Oilfield was modified by using filters with double filtering layers. The modified water treatment system runs well and the water quality reaches the standard for reinjection. The filter used is comprised of filtering tank, manifold, back washing pump and controller. It is characterized by high disposal capacity and large power of regeneration of filtering materials. Field use shows that, by using this filter, great economic benefits can be achieved and underground pollution can be reduced evidently.
