摘    要:研制的油管漏磁现场无损检测装置采用漏磁检测原理 ,油井作业时可不清除油管表面油污 ,在井口对油管做现场检测。装置由机架总成、信号转换器 (信号放大和A/D转换 )、便携式计算机、显示打印部件和信号传输线等组成。江汉、胜利和长庆油田 10口井 10 96根油管 (包括缺陷深度在 0 5mm以上的 34 5根 ,占被检油管总数的 31% ;缺陷深度在 1 0mm以上的 186根 ,占被检总数的 17% )的现场检测表明 ,检测装置对油管缺陷定性检出率为 10 0 % ,对油管缺陷定量分析准确率为 90 %。

Abstract:An apparatus for in situ nondestructive inspection of tubing is developed based on the principle of flux leakage test, which can be used to inspect tubings on the wellhead without removal of oil stain on the surface of the tubings. It is comprised of frame assembly, signal converter (used for signal amplification and A/D conversion), portable computer, display and printing parts and signal transmission line. 1098 tubings in 10 wells distributed in Jianghan Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield and Changqing Oilfield were tested, and the results show that all the defects in the tubings are successfully detected, and the accuracy degree of defect analysis reaches 90%.
