高浓度含磷废水的电解除磷技术研究

摘    要:针对高浓度含磷废水重点考察了电解工艺过程中pH值、铁磷元素摩尔比以及曝气量等主要参数变化对除磷效率的影响。结果表明,废水中的高浓度磷在短时间内能得到去除,电解除磷过程中最佳pH值范围为5.5~6.5,初始pH值越低越有利于除磷;最佳铁磷摩尔比Fe]:P]=3;最佳曝气量为1.5L空气/(min·L水)。

Abstract:Electrolysis experiments had been carried out on high strength of phosphate wastewater. Effects of pH value, the needed Fe]: P] and aeration rate on removal of phosphate by electrolysis had been studied. Experimental results showed that high strength phosphate could be removed by electrolysis in short time, the optimal range of pH value was 5.5-6.5, and the lower initial pH value was, the better results could be obatained. The optimal Fe]: P] ratio was 3:1 and the appropriate aeration rate in removal process was 1.5L (air)/(min. L(water)).
