石油化工企业含油污水处理及回用水处理工艺设计

摘    要:通过对石油化工企业含油污水水质特性的分析,选用除油-硫氧化-均化-气浮-A/O生化-沉淀-高密度澄清的技术路线处理含油污水,采用多介质过滤-超滤-活性炭吸附-反渗透的回用技术路线生产循环水补充水。处理后的污水场外排水中主要的污染物石油类的质量浓度不超过3.0 mg/L,氨氮的质量浓度不超过1.0 mg/L;回用装置产品水的CODCr的质量浓度不超过30 mg/L。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of the oily wastewater from petrochemical corporations,a comboined process: oil removal-sulfur oxidation-homogenization-air floatation-A/O biochemical-deposition-high density clarification was used to treat the said wastewater,the multi media filtration-UF-activated carbon adsorption-RO combined process was chosen to produce make-up water for circulating water system.The mass concentration of the main contaminants: petroleum and NH3-N in the effluent water after the treatment were lower or equal to 3.0 and 1.0 mg/L respectively;the mass concentration of CODCr in the water from water reuse equipment was not exceed 30 mg/L.
