发电企业后勤部门实施绩效管理的思考

摘    要:随着电力体制改革的不断深入,发电企业面临剧烈的竞争。提高后勤部门和员工的绩效,既是保障电力生产的要求,也是自身发展的需要。在分析了绩效考核和绩效管理的区别、发电企业后勤部门的特性、以及套用主业考核机制所存在问题的基础上,在绩效管理理论的指导下,提出了后勤部门实施绩效管理的过程中需要注意和加强的几方面问题,以期对发电企业后勤部门实施绩效管理有所参考。

Abstract:With the development of the reform in the electric power system, the power generation enterprise faces huge competition. That the service department improves its service capability is the requirement of insuring the power generating and developing itself. Based on analyzing the differences between achievement assessment and performance management, the features of the service department, the questions of using achievement assessment of power generation enterprise, and under the guidance of performance management theory, this article raises the questions which need paying attention and improving in the course of carrying out performance management. I wish it could provide reference for carrying out performance management in service department.
