| 摘 要： | 阐述了数字图像及机器视觉技术的基本原理,分析工业视觉应用系统的主要构成及各部分的具体功能和作用.通过介绍机器视觉应用的现状,对目前使用机器视觉的各种激光加工设备进行了归类与整理,并指出了机器视觉在激光精细加工领域的发展方向与趋势.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the basic principles for digital imaging and machine vision technology,analyzing the function for each of the industry machine vision system. Though talking about the application of machine vision,it arranges the laser processing system with machine vision. It also talks about development of machine vision in the field of laser micro-processing. |
