摘    要:结合国电菏泽发电厂300 Mw燃煤机组锅炉主燃料跳闸后因恢复时间长而产生的问题,提出用主蒸汽低过热度保护代替锅炉MFT联跳汽轮机的保护逻辑.介绍了锅炉MFT后吹扫点火程序的优化和汽轮机低汽温条件下保护的技术措施,并成功地实现了停炉不停机,为同类机组锅炉MFT后的恢复方式提供参考.

Abstract:The scheme of low overheat protection of main steam instead of the protection logic of the boiler tripping of turbine after main fuel trip(MFT)has been put forward in the paper combined with the problem of long time recovery on 300 MW fossil-fired power unit with boiler MFT in Guodian Heze Power Plant.The optimization of igniting program after MFT and the protection measures in the condition of low temperature in turbine have been described.The practice of boiler halt without stopping power unit was successfully realized so as to provide a reference on the recovery of the power unit of same type after MFT.
