炉膛燃烧可视化在线检测系统在循环流化床锅炉中的应用

摘    要:介绍了在一台480 t/h超高压循环流化床锅炉上安装了一套基于图像处理技术的炉膛燃烧可视化在线检测系统,主要提供了火焰监测、温度图像和黑度图像,并具有历史纪录和动态趋势等功能,这一系统可以帮助运行人员对燃烧及时进行调整,减少锅炉发生故障的几率,提高锅炉运行的安全性和经济性.

Abstract:An on-line detecting system of furnace combustion visualization is installed in a 480t/h super high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler based on the image processing technology,which mainly provides flames monitoring,temperature images,emissivity images and also has the functions of historical records and dynamic trends.This system may help the operator timely to control combustion and reduce the probability of breakdown occurring in the boiler so as to increase the operational safety and economy of the boiler.
