摘    要:为提高电炉控制系统对温度的控制精度,保证产品的烘干质量,利用PLC对烘干炉的控制系统进行改造.主控输出采用可控硅过零触发方式,通过PLC的PID指令对炉膛的温度、温度变化的时间进行调节与控制,使炉膛温度能够严格按照给定温控曲线变化.实践表明,温度控制精度完全达到产品工艺要求,提高了产品的质量。

Abstract:The traditional electric stove control system only control constant temperature,and the accuracy can hardly guarantee.In order to improve the temperature control precision,ensure the product drying quality,PLC is used in the control system reconstraction of the drying stove.The master control output is selected the silicon-controlled rectifier zero crossing output method.Through the PID instruction of adjustment and control the stove's temperature and the time of the temperature change,the stove temperature is enabled to change strictly according to assign warm controls curve practice shows that the temperature control precision achieve the product process requirement completely and the product quality improved.
