关于空气压缩机后冷却器流程选择的探讨

摘    要:对空气压缩机后冷却器流程的选择提出了新见解。文章分析指出,综合空气压降和总传热系数两方面因素,一般情况下,建议将折流板间距与壳体内径的比值(h/D)设置在0.6~0.7之间并选择热空气走壳程的方案;若仅希望冷却器具有较低的空气压降,建议将折流板间距与壳体内径的比值(h/D)设置在大于0.7的范围,并选择热空气走管程的方案。

Abstract:A new opinion on flow sheet selection for post cooler of air compressor was put for- ward in this article.The analysis of this article denoted that:synthesizing the two factors of air pressure drop and overall heat transfer coeffi- cient,the ratio(h/D)between baffle space and inside diameter of shell should be 0.6 to 0.7 un- der common condition,and selected the plan of hot air feeding into the shell side.If cooler with lower pressure drop,the ratio(h/D)between baffle space and inside diameter of shell should be larger than 0.7,and selected the hot air feed- ing into tube side.
