| 摘 要： | 将轧件三维塑性变形模型、辊系弹性变形模型和轧后带材失稳判别模型联立，组成完整的板形分析与控制数学模型和计算机仿真程序，对９０ｍｍ六辊ＨＣ轧机进行板莆设定控制的仿真，板形和板凸度的实际控制效果良好。

| Abstract: | A mathematical model of shape analysis and control is formed based on the 3- dimensional plasticity deformation model of the strip, the elastic deformation model of the rolls and the criterion model of rolled strip stability. The computer simulation software is developed and the shape design simulation is carried out for 900mm HC mill .The control effect of the shape and the crown is good. |
