| 摘 要： | 根据GB214-2003库仑滴定法原理设计的自动测硫仪,是以MC68H908GP32单片机为核心的高精度仪表,其片内的Flash程序存储器,使编程方便快捷。系统正常操作监视模块和合理的抗干扰设计保证了仪器的可靠性。通过选用高精度压频转换单片集成电路AD652、自动控制电解滴定终点和含硫量线性校正编程技巧,提高了煤中含量测量精度。温度控制采用了控制算法使控温更科学。

| Abstract: | According to the principle of GB214-2003 coulomb titration,automatic sulfur meter is made as the high precision instru-ment,which is based on the kernel of MC68H908GP32 Monolithic Processor.The flash program storage inside MC68H908GP32 Monolithic Processor makes the programming fast and convenient,the normal system operation on stakeout module and reasonable de-sign of anti-jamming ensure the reliability of the instrument.This design improves the measure precision of the sulfur content,through selection of single chip integrated circuit AD652 with high precision,auto control electroanalysis and titration end-point,and linear emendation of the sulfur content.Arithmetic adopted in the temperature control makes the controlling more scientific. |
