| 摘 要： | 分析了中国石油化工(集团)公司(简称“中石化”)在企业发展中面临的国内外市场环境，指出油气资源供应是影响其竞争力的基础因素，提出了油气资源“梯度供给”、鼓励技术创新、建立石油储备、吸引国外资源、推行多元化油气供应、参与石油期权期货交易等油气资源可持续供给的对策建议。
