| 摘 要： | 介绍了液压盘式制动器的结构及工作原理、检测系统的组成和检测原理、S7—300系列PLC的硬件配置和软件设计，上位机和PLC相结合，提高了控制系统的可靠性及适应性，试验表明，该方法测试精度高、速度快且可靠性好。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the hydraulic disc brake of the structure and working principle, the component and detection principle of detection system,the hardware configuration and software design of S7-300PLC, the PC and S7-300PLC integrating improved the reliability of the control system as well as adaptability, results showed that the method is very simple and testing high precision, fast and reliable. |
