新时期图书管理人才培养刍议

摘    要:新时期图书管理人员应具备政治思想素质、业务技术素质和一定的工作能力;建立人才培养制度、引入竞争机制,实行优胜劣汰和培养复合型人才队伍是培养新时期图书管理人员的主要措施;建立责任制、考核制、奖惩制同为图书馆内部管理的重大决策措施,可为人才成长创造条件;而网络建设需要复合型知识结构的专业人才,为此,在网络建设中图书管理人员应进行角色转换,图书馆建设应重视人才的引进和培养、加大网络图书馆人才的培训。

Abstract:New period books administrative staff should possess political and ideological quality, technological quality and somewhat ability to work. The main measure to train the administrative staff in the new period is to establish system of personnel training, introduce competition mechanism, implement and select the superior and eliminate the inferior and to train an inter-disciplinary talent team. We should set up some useful systems such as responsibility system, feedback, rewards and punishments, which can give a good condition for the development of the talent. The construction of the network needs qualified personnel in a specific field of knowledge structure, for this reason, books administrative staff should carry on role change in networking. Library construction should pay attention to the introduction and cultivation of the talent, strengthen the training of the network books administrative staff.
