| 摘 要： | PMC(项目管理承包商)项目管理模式在中国石化建设领域的实践还是第一次,笔者以中海壳牌南海石化项目为例,介绍在这一新的项目管理模式下全厂外管设计的设计范围、设计内容、设计思想和项目管理特点。相信会对今后陆续建设的大型石化项目的全厂外管设计提供一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | It is the first time to practice PMC project management model in constructing petrochemical projects in China, This new project management system brings some changes to off-plot piping design in design scope; design extent, design philosophy and project management. By taking CSPC(CNOOC-Shell Nanhai petrochemical project) project as an example, a brief introduction was given to show how to do off-plot piping design in PMC-management projects, it could provide engineering staff with some guidance in doing off-plot piping engineering for the coming large projects. |
