模拟电感与集成化混沌信号发生器实现研究

摘    要:在基本有源模拟电感实现方法的基础上,以有源模拟电感代替理想电感元件,对混沌信号发生器的集成化进行研究.以著名Chua氏电路为例,给出了混沌信号发生器的实现方案,进行了集成化混沌信号产生电路的分析.PSpice软件的仿真结果表明,使用模拟电感代替混沌电路中的理想电感,若设计合理,不会影响原混沌电路的非线性动态行为,可以实现混沌信号发生器的集成化.

Abstract:This paper is on the basis of the realized method which introduces active simulated inductances, using the active simulated inductances to replace ideal inductances to make research of the realization of integrative chaotic signal generator. Citing the famous Chua's circuit as the example, this paper gives the realized scheme, and makes an analysis of integrative chaotic signal generator. According to the simulation results of PSpice software, using the active simulated inductances in the place of ideal inductances has no influence on the original circuit's nonlinear dynamic characteristic if the design is reasonable,and the chaotic signal generator can be integrated.
