锅炉二次风量测量装置准确性差问题在300MW机组中的治理

摘    要:电站锅炉其二次风风量测量一般采用传统的超利巴等测风装置,由于被测量对象为含尘气流、且测风装置所处的位置没有足够的直管段,测量结果不稳定、不准确,影响锅炉自动投入率。介绍了FL多点式含尘风风量测量装置的原理,在河南大唐洛阳热电厂5、6号机组锅炉二次风量采用该装置,由于测量稳定准确,锅炉自动投入率100%,取得明显的效果。

Abstract:Generally in power plant the secondary air volume of the boiler is measured by the traditional ultra Layman anemograph equipment. Due to the object being measured is air current that contains the dust, and the anemograph equipment locates on the position without enough length of straight pipe, therefore the measurement result is inaccurate and unstable that affects the boiler automatic rate. This article introduced the working principle of FL multi-point dust wind metering equipment . In Henan province Datang Luoyang thermal power plant, the 5th and the 6th unit boiler secondary air volume are measured with this equipment, and the measurement result is stable and accurate, the boiler automatic rate arrives 100%,makes tangible progress.
