粉煤灰调剖剂的室内研究与现场应用

摘    要:粉煤灰是燃煤火电厂的燃后废料,价格低廉,来源广,在油田开发中作为调剖剂具有很好的理化特性。本文对粉煤灰的粒度、化学成分、水化特性以及电镜分析资料等进行了研究。经过室内筛选、与多种添加剂的复配以及岩心试验等,成功地开发了一种新型、廉价的颗粒调剖剂。通过19井次的现场调剖试验,取得了良好的降水、增油效果。

Abstract:lyashes are the waste products of coal-fired power plants.They have low cost,widesources and good physical and chemical properties as profile control agents used in oil fielddevelopment.The grain size,chemical composition,hydrability and electron microscopic anal-ysis data of flyashes are discussed.A new kind of cheap particle profile control agent has beensuccessfully developed through screening,matching with various additives and core testing inlaboratory.Good effects of decreasing water cut and increasing oil production have been ob-tained in 19(wells-times)field tests of profile control.
