摘    要:介绍了一种HXS型油气水三相分离器的工作原理及现场应用情况。该种类型的分离器采用了流型自动调整装置、污水抑制装置等高效分离元件。通过优化设备内部结构、流场动态调整,使油气水达到高效分离的目的。现场应用效果表明,该类型三相分离器具有较好的使用性能,故障率相对较低,打破了传统的沉降罐溢流脱水模式,为采油三厂简化地面工艺流程奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces the operating principle and field using condition of HXS oil-gas-water separator.Based on flow field simulation,by optimizing the internal structure and regula-ting flow field performance,the separator uses separation elements of high efficiency to enhancethe efficiency of oil-gas-water separate,for example auto-control equipment of flow pattern andthe equipment abating sewage.The effect of field use indicates that the separator with preferableusability and lower failure rate can implement a high efficiency of oil-gas-water separation,elimi-nated the old dehydrating pattern of the overflow tank,and make base for Changqing oilfield simplifying the ground technologicalprocess.
