数字式粘度计中步进电机微步细分的设计与实现

摘    要:高精度数字式粘度计对转子的性能提出了较高的要求,要求转子在多种转速下稳定、精确地旋转。本文提出了恒转矩旋转磁场细分方法和智能多级细分方法,解决粘度计超低速稳定旋转及多档转速切换问题,介绍了数字式粘度计中步进电机细分驱动电路的硬件结构,控制软件的设计及实现。

Abstract:High-accuracy digital viscometer make a higher demand on the performance of the rotor: the rotor should rotate smoothly and accurately at different rotational speeds. In order to rotate the rotor smoothly at super-low speed, We adopt a microstepping control method that torque is invariable and the magnetic field rotates at a invariable speed. And we suggest the multistage intelligentized subdivided driving method for stepping motor to auto-switch different rotating speeds. This paper introduces the structure of hardware for microstepping control system for stepping motor in digital viscometer. at the same time the design of software are introduced.
